Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our soon-to-be relocated Boulder City facility. You will install, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proficient in utilizing basic hand tools including, but not limited to trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, welding torches, etc.
• PLC experience.
• Experience with automation.
• Electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install new machinery and components with proper alignment.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment to optimal specs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGThe Maintenance Technician is a key position in our Las Vegas soon to be relocated to Boulder City production facility production facility. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth operation by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making necessary repairs to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, often utilizing technical manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll primarily work with the production and yard team.A highlight of your day-to-day will include:Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and servicing machinery according to scheduled maintenance plans to detect potential problems before they occur.Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Equipment Installation: Installing new machinery and components, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.Calibration and Adjustment: Adjusting and calibrating equipment to optimal operating specifications.Parts Replacement: Identifying and replacing worn or damaged parts on machinery.Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORYou’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
