Job summary

REV Copack is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running with minimal downtime. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and support the production team to meet goals at our Pittston, PA facility.

The role requires 2+ years in mechanical maintenance, ability to read manuals and schematics, and a focus on safety. Shift is 3PM–11PM with opportunities for growth and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or CPG environment, preferably beverage production or similar industries.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including experience with production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and safety regulations.
• Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and handle mechanical parts and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery to minimize breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical problems promptly and execute repairs to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to maintain equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report on machine performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Work the assigned shift from 3PM to 11PM, ensuring coverage during peak production hours.
