Bell Partners Inc. in Lancaster, CA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across our communities.

You’ll respond to repair requests, operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems, and ensure safety and resident privacy. We offer on-site work with competitive hourly pay, on-call stipends, cell phone allowance, health insurance, 401(k) match, vacation, personal days, and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff promptly.
• Report malfunctions to Maintenance Supervisor and ensure safety.
• Assist with vendor work for landscaping, painting, and asphalt as needed.
• Maintain resident privacy and comply with safety/OSHA rules.
