Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Bell Flatirons community in Superior, CO. This role performs routine interior and exterior maintenance, responds to resident repair requests, and ensures safe, compliant operations under supervision.

The position requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required and BMI core values guide daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding and ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities, based on staffing levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled and requested.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering resident apartments.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and attend in-service training as assigned.
• Work with vendors as instructed (e.g., landscaping, painting, asphalt).
