Optimax Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for the B shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) to maintain all optics fabrication machinery. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team lead on vendor services when needed.
The role requires a high school diploma (AS/BS desirable) and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing setting. Experience with electrical systems, forklift operation, and safety training are valued as you help keep the plant
Salary Range: $47,527.00 To $71,291.00 Annually

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all machinery for the fabrication of optics. Performs equipment maintenance and repairs. Analyzes and solves technical maintenance problems. Pending approval of the Maintenance Team Leader, may arrange contracts for vendor services as it relates to maintenance activities.
Advancement through the maintenance ranks is attained via increasing levels of education, experience, industrial skills, math skills, computing skills, responsibility and leadership potential and effectiveness.
