Austin Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ for the PM shift to support production and ensure safe plant operation. The role involves maintaining industrial equipment, packaging systems, and automated equipment, with focus on ongoing preventive maintenance and improvements.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience and hold NCCER Boilermaker certification, a valid driver’s license, and a TWIC card. Education requirements are flexible.
Austin Industrial, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for Phoenix AZ for the PM shift.
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing mechanical services to support the needs of production and ensure safe operation of the plant. Experiences and knowledge with maintaining industrial equipment (reactor, blending vessel, dryer, heat exchanger, vacuum pump), packaging equipment (blister, bottle, box, label, pouch, sealer, wrap, box), and/or automated equipment (robotic, HMI, PLC) are desirable. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is also responsible for conducting Preventative Maintenance work, including the review and evaluation of its cost-effectiveness and performance. In addition, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will be working closely with the Engineering to implement continuous improvement initiatives and install new equipment.
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 3-5 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
No Per Diem and no relocation funding.
