Job summary

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining fulfillment equipment, performing preventive maintenance, assisting with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting, and keeping accurate maintenance records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing ladders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow safety protocols.

• Escalates complex issues to seasoned colleagues (such as maintenance technicians, senior maintenance technicians), and supervisor as needed.
• Clears jams, removes obstructions, and conducts general equipment upkeep.
• Supports equipment repairs and part replacements under technician supervision.

Basic Qualifications
