You will perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC support, painting, and general upkeep to keep our operations safe and efficient. The role requires trouble-shooting abilities, reading manuals and blueprints, and the stamina to lift and carry out physical tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, pumps, generators and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, fixtures and basic circuitry.
• HVAC support systems. Assist with basic maintenance related to HVAC systems such as changing filters, servicing and reporting any major issues to specialized technicians.
• Conduct plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing plumbing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
• Handle basic carpentry and painting duties for facility upkeep and renovations.
• Operate pressure washing equipment for cleaning equipment, building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain tools and maintenance supplies in good working order.
