Milhaus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service its Class A multifamily properties. You will repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and grounds, supporting resident satisfaction and retention.
You will handle work orders within 24 hours, supervise preventative maintenance, and comply with safety regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. HVAC certification is preferred.

The Maintenance Technician will also regularly communicate with all necessary Milhaus employees, outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
