Job summary

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 181-unit apartment community in Joshua, TX. You will maintain property appearance, perform repairs, and support residents to ensure a quality living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and EPA systems. A valid driver’s license may be required, and on-call duties include a trip stipend.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required or preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience is preferred.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
