Job summary

Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine home maintenance and repairs in our members’ homes. You will address client requests, document work, and help keep properties in top condition.

The role offers a stable 40-hour week, a take-home company vehicle, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, and PTO, with opportunities to grow within the company based in the Charlotte, North Carolina region.

Qualifications

• Seasoned handyman with residential maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving and independent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes
• Interact with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needs
• Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-up
• Grow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership roles
