Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Black Creek, WI facility. You will perform repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on production machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

You will work with teammates and supervisors, uphold GMP and Food Safety guidelines, and follow all company policies. Physical work includes lifting up to 100 lbs, occasional climbing, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Full working knowledge of shop hand tools and their uses.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Initiative with strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable of medium to heavy work, lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent handling.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, dismantles, assembles, installs, and performs preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment, including hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to resolve maintenance issues and follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate safe and quality-conscious work habits and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime as required.
