Job summary

Munters Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to maintain and repair production equipment and facilities. This role involves proactive troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and supporting lean initiatives to minimize downtime.

The technician will join a safety-conscious team, be on-call for emergencies, and must be able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring world-class facility upkeep and adherence to

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent with 3 years maintenance experience in electronics, electrical, refrigeration, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturing process and equipment to understand functionality.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical devices and systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance with production and engineering personnel.
• Maintain facilities in a safe, clean, and world-class appearance.
• Participate in lean initiatives and safety committees as needed.
