The Maintenance Technician willbe responsible forthe upkeep and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
Proven experience, 2 – 3 years, as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently and perform effective repairs.
Proficientin reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
