Job description

Provide preventative and predictive maintenance for manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, repair, rebuild, and component replacement. Additional skills required are detailed in the Maintenance Technician Skills Matrix. The primary focus is to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are maintained.

This position is located in Hilbert, Wisconsin. Relocation assistance offered!

2nd shift, 2pm-10pm. $5,000 sign-on bonus

What You Do.

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow GMP practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts.
• Use predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and document results.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and Root Cause Analysis.
• Train and support team members.

Your Education and Experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance or an associate’s degree in a related technical field.

Your Qualifications.

• Proficiency and alertness, both mental and physical.
• Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and initiative.
• Understanding of control systems, power systems, and electronic device selection.
• Strong soft skills: teamwork, positive reinforcement, leadership, attentiveness, and cooperation.
• Compliance with State of Wisconsin license requirements for Industrial Electrician or Journeymen Maintenance Technicians, including relevant CEUs.
