RealTruck, Inc. in Massillon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to keep production running.

This role requires a High School diploma, 1-3 years of maintenance experience, and basic electrical/fluid power knowledge, plus comfort with hand and power tools. Shift is 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm–2:00am and Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm with a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic and hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing assembly equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Responding to work requests regarding repairs around the facility.
• Creates special tools to assist with production.
• Rebuilds machines, tools and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.

This position is located at the Massillon, OH plant.

• 2nd Shift Hours Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 2:00am & Friday 3:00pm - 11:00 pm.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment in the plant to ensure uninterrupted production. Keeps assigned areas equipped with parts in an orderly condition.
