Job summary

TBEI - Lake Crystal in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift to keep our metalworking and assembly equipment running.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems and test operation after service; a team-focused environment with safe, quality-driven maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair or replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment including robot
• Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic and electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, position sensing devices and printed circuit boards
• Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replacing damaged or broken wires or cables
• Work with team members to test, troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions on electrical and mechanical equipment and machines, and test operation following repair
• Repair broken parts including setting up and operating metalworking tools such as lathe, drill press or grinder
• Replace electric motor bearings and rewiring motors
