Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to execute on-site maintenance at our Chandler facility. The role includes planning and coordinating preventive/corrective maintenance for production and plant equipment, maintaining the maintenance database, and ensuring safety standards.

You will perform PMs, support production with daily problem-solving, and manage spare parts stock while coordinating with maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment preventive maintenance.
• Carry out weekly maintenance technician schedules.
• Follow CMMS program including maintenance and PMs.
• Provide daily support to production problems and assist SIM meetings as required.
• Perform repairs and modifications to production and plant equipment.
• Maintain the Maintenance Database and stocking levels for spare parts.
• Ensure safety and health of employees when working on contaminated pumps.
• Support cost reduction goals in operations.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for unplanned maintenance.

Job description

Your role

Execute maintenance activities at single STC On site at Edwards Facilty Chandler.

Perform plant maintenance including scheduling and coordination of the preventive/corrective maintenance of production and plant equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform equipment preventive maintenance
• Carryout weekly work schedules for maintenance technicians.
• Follow CMMS program, which includes maintenance and PMs
• Give daily support to production problems and assures functional support of SIM meetings as required.
• Perform repairs and modifications to the production and plant equipment when necessary.
• Maintain the Maintenance Database and assures Equipment spare part stocking levels are sufficient
• Ensure the safety and health of employees when carrying out the work of contaminated pumps.
• Support goals in cost reduction of operation.
• Assist with finding failure causes analysis and implement corrective actions for unplanned maintenance activities

To succeed, you will need

• Knowledge of Edwards manufacturing operations, processes, uses and customer requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and their implementation in production cells.
• Good understanding of safety and hygiene practices and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of customer and company quality expectations.
• Knowledge and experience in maintenance building contractors management.
• Knowledge and experience in maintenance database management.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word).
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• 5 years of industrial related maintenance experience.
• Good understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability for interpersonal and administrative communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.
