Job summary

Gardner Pie Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 7pm-3am) to support equipment and building maintenance. The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to use an iPad to monitor and track maintenance requests.

You will follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, support preventive maintenance, and work both independently and as part of a team while coordinating with operations staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Maintenance Technician

• Key Responsibilities: Support the maintenance and repair of the manufacturing equipment and building. Adhere to maintenance SOPs, ensuring optimal equipment function. Follow all safety protocols and procedures including Lockout/Tagout. Support the preventative maintenance program by completing all assigned tasks. Work independently and part of a team. Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, walking, and standing.

Work Environment

• Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting, including refrigerated or frozen areas.
