Job summary

Universal Pure is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) to support facilities and production. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, a preference for a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken, read, and written).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, adjust, and replace electrical equipment (AC/DC) and sensors.
• Repair and maintain high-pressure pasteurization equipment.
• Inspect and service mechanical components (motors, belts, bearings, conveyors).
• Inspect and service pneumatic equipment (air compressors, pumps, hoses).
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment (HVAC, water heaters, pumps).
• Adhere to the facility's Document Control Policy after training.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role.
