This role within the Maintenance Department requires foundational skills in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems for production equipment and facility operations. The ideal candidate brings basic millwright knowledge - including welding, rigging, and mechanical repair—along with the ability to diagnose electrical devices and circuits and apply basic PLC fundamentals. Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance practices.
