KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia, PA at 17th Street Community. You will maintain the property's condition, handle service requests, apartment turns, and respond to emergencies while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes pride in work, detail orientation, and a commitment to safe, reliable repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances. On-call duties are part of the job.

Formación

• Basic HVAC knowledge.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.
