Job summary

Coatings Management Corporation in Michigan is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who will keep our equipment running with preventative maintenance and rapid diagnostics. You’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, weld and fabricate parts as needed, and jump into action on the plant floor.

You’ll also maintain a clean, safe workspace, document your work meticulously, and collaborate with a team to keep operations moving.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Welding and mechanical repair skills a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, independence, and teamwork.
• Solid communication skills.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
