This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Winona, MN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing maintenance and repair tasks. Day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring all industrial machinery and equipment are in optimal condition to maintain seamless operations.
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Skills in Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is a plus
