Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities in Wisconsin. You’ll troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, install appliances as needed, and help maintain exterior curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and stay organized. HVAC/ EPA Type I & II certifications are preferred; a valid driver’s license may be

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license
