Bridge & Build Renovations in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for residential repairs, maintenance work orders, and small rental property turns. The role requires independence, quality repairs, and professional communication in occupied and vacant homes. You will document work with photos and notes via mobile apps and ensure tasks meet timelines and customer expectations. This is a part-time, on-site position with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential maintenance, handyman, painting, and drywall experience.
• Experience with rental properties, make-readies, or property management preferred.
• Own reliable truck, tools, and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior/exterior, prep, caulking, and small paint projects.
• Patch, tape, mud, sand, and match textures.
• General maintenance: doors, trim, hardware, fixtures, minor carpentry.
• Complete rental turns and punch-list repairs efficiently.

• Upload before-and-after photos, measurements, materials, and notes via mobile apps.
• Review scopes, identify issues, and finish jobs right the first time.

Bridge & Build Renovations is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete residential repairs, maintenance work orders, and small rental property turns throughout DFW. We service both vacant and occupied homes for institutional property management clients.

We're looking for someone who works independently, delivers quality repairs, communicates professionally, and represents our company well in every home.

What You'll Do

• Painting: Interior/exterior touch-ups, prep, caulking, and small paint projects.
• Drywall: Patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and matching existing textures.
• General Maintenance: Doors, trim, hardware, fixtures, minor carpentry, and common residential repairs.
• Rental Turns: Complete assigned scopes and punch-list repairs efficiently and correctly.
• Occupied Home Repairs: Communicate professionally with residents, respect their property, and leave work areas clean.
• Documentation: Upload before-and-after photos, measurements, materials, and clear completion notes using mobile apps.
• Quality Control: Review assigned scopes, identify issues, and finish jobs right the first time.

Requirements
