S2 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents and the maintenance team across the property. You will handle service requests, perform repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness to deliver an exceptional living experience.
Key responsibilities include plumbing and lighting fixes, carpentry tasks, appliance inspections, and routine preventive maintenance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; on‑call rotation may apply.

Assisting residents and your maintenance team alike As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the completion of service requests. Proactively point out potential liabilities and assist in correcting them.
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Maintenance Technician position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property’s needs and resident activities. The Maintenance Technician will be on a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours/weekend emergencies.
Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day. It is estimated a Maintenance Technician will spend 99-100% of their time moving and on their feet. Frequently moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs. Frequently transporting and moving appliances up to 100 pounds in and out of apartments and across various distances. Must have the ability to climb, stoop, bend and grasp objects. Visual acuity to perform the following: transcribing, operating machines, and motor vehicles, determining accuracy and neatness of work assigned, as well as visual inspection involving small defects and parts. Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position or stationary standing position 90% of the time.
