Palm Beach Tan - FBC Company, LLC is hiring a Facilities/Service Technician to service multiple locations across Alabama, including Troy. The ideal candidate should have maintenance experience, a good driving record, and be willing to travel as needed. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance and a company vehicle.

You will work independently to maintain equipment and perform various repairs. Effective communication with management and vendors is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and construction is necessary, preferably with multi-unit settings.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sunbeds and Sunless booths; training provided.
• Provide general maintenance to store locations across service areas.
• Repair minor plumbing, light ballasts, and doorknobs.
• Perform general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting.
• Communicate with store management and vendors.

Skills

Job Description

Premier Entertainment LLC dba Palm Beach Tan, the leader of indoor tanning with over 600 locations nationwide, is looking for a Facilities/Service Technician to service 14 locations in the middle and lower area of Alabama: Montgomery, Auburn, Phenix City, Columbus GA, Troy, Ozark, Enterprise and Dothan. Must live in one of the mentioned areas.

You will start your day from the closest store to you, and travel to locations as needed. Company vehicle provided. We are looking to fill this position with someone long term. There is the possibility of growth within this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Sunbeds and Sunless booths (training provided)
• Providing general maintenance to store locations throughout mentioned areas
• Repairing general items such as minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, etc.
• General carpentry including sheetrock repair & painting
• Working with store operations staff; communicating with store management and vendors

Experience and Requirements

• Good driving record
• Experience with maintenance and construction required. Multi-unit experience preferred
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems including electrical
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must live within one of the service areas mentioned
