LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our property teams on Meadow Glen. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and routine machinery maintenance across a multi-unit residential portfolio.

You’ll diagnose and repair systems, perform installations, and ensure safety and quality on-site. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in commercial or multi-unit properties, a high school diploma, and strong communication and customer-service

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license depending on property needs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) may be required; computer and smartphone literacy required.

• Required skills: self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.
• May be required to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
• Computer and smart phone literacy required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
