The Springhill Suites by Marriott, Terre Hauge is managed by General Hotels Corporation. This role supports maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to keep the property in top condition for guests.

You will perform routine tasks, respond to guest maintenance requests, and help install new equipment while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance technician experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team at the Springhill Suites. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of our hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our hotel is always in top condition for our guests.
