Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance runs smoothly for daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma, 1–3 years of mechanical knowledge, and proficient use of shop tools. MIG welding skills and forklift/hoist operation are required or preferred, with a strong safety ethic and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed.
• Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance.
• Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations.

• HS Diploma, required.
• 1-3 years previous shop/manufacturing/mechanical knowledge, required.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting, preferred.
• Heavy experience utilizing shop tools for projects, required.
• Ability to MIG weld, required.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload.
