Job summary

Txpm is seeking a maintenance-focused role to plan, coordinate, and control production and shipments in alignment with customer requirements and pricing. The successful candidate will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The position is based on-site in Sugar Land, TX, with responsibilities spanning production planning, preventive upkeep, and prompt repair of critical systems to minimize downtime and support customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control production and shipments to meet customers' requirements and pricing.
• HVAC: maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Electrical: repair issues, replace fixtures and ensure safe electrical practices.
• Plumbing: diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures and pipes.
• Equipment: maintain and repair machinery, tools and appliances.
• Work environment: moderate noise; reasonable accommodations provided; duties may vary.

Job description

Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the production and shipments. Ensures that castings are produced according to customers’ requirements and pricing.

• HVAC Systems: Maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Electrical Systems: Repairing electrical issues, replacing fixtures, and ensuring safe electrical practices.
• Plumbing Systems: Diagnosing and repairing plumbing leaks, fixtures, and pipes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, such as machinery, tools, and appliances.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to use five finger manipulations, speak and hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required includes close vision, distance vision, color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) and ability to adjust focus.
