Job summary

Camacho Properties is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities run smoothly and turnover units with painting and basic repairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, a strong team player, and a proactive problem-solver with prior maintenance experience.

You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, assist with painting turnover units, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems preferred.
• 1 year of residential painting experience required.
• Available to be on call nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Excellent work ethic, communication, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure efficient operation and repairs as needed.
• Paint and repair turnover units as they come on the market.
• Be on-call on a rotating schedule to cover after-hours emergencies (roughly 1 week per month).
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and routine turnover of apartments including painting and basic repairs. • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs


• Painting and repair of turnover units as the come onto market


• On call on a rotating schedule to cover after hours emergency repairs (normally 1 week every month or so)


• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience


• Prefer a Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems


• 1 year of residential Painting for an employer experience is required


• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends on a rotating basis


• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
