Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician position assists in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the facility.

Position Responsibilities

• Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectations.
• Ensure all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently.
• Complete preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain all equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Perform daily checks and basic troubleshooting of machinery issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures.
• (In case of absence of key personnel, the job will be filled by a trained employee)

KPI

• Training Compliance
• Zero safety incidents
• Daily Attainment of CPM (Canning) / Lbs. (Cook) targets against bottleneck
• Minimize DT below 5% each day (Combined operational & machine)
• Zero Quality Incidents

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is required to stand and walk and sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach; climb and balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; taste and smell.
