Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician in Stevens Point, WI. Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm with a $1.50/hr shift differential. You will maintain lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure, while gaining experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

You will cross-train in MHE and refrigeration systems, document maintenance logs, and support warehouse operations in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive maintenance mindset.
• OSHA, electrical, or HVAC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lighting, plumbing and building infrastructure.
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
• Support general mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactive maintenance needs.

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pmShift Differential: $1.50/hrAs a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining and repairing various building systems, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility infrastructure. You will gain experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance, ensuring our warehouse facilities remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
