Job summary

Camping World in Vermont is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance, document tests, and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a commitment to safe, clean work practices. Certification support including RVIA credentials is available; you provide your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver license preferred.

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. What You’ll Do

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

$22.55-$53.71 Hourly
