Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians at our Georgia location to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained for customers.

You’ll support store operations and assist the manager to ensure smooth service. No experience? We’ll teach you and help you grow in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment focused on safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service and issue resolution skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to assist with cleaning, maintenance and stocking across departments.
• Comfort with using tools and equipment to maintain facilities (HVAC, fuel systems, etc.).
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and customer service.
• Provide a positive customer experience through problem resolution and assistance.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC and plumbing tasks.
• Cross‑train in other departments (Store/Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, Leadership).
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all tasks.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
