Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Shreveport, LA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to handle emergency responses and complex systems across the facility.

You will install wiring, service air handlers, repair plumbing and lighting, weld metal, and replace high voltage gear, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

This role also involves routine maintenance of air conditioners, cleaning drains, and repairing equipment throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to emergency situations (fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak)
• Experience in electrical wiring/conduit installation and mechanical repairs
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, and lighting

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and repair various systems (fire, power outages, gas or water leaks)
• Install electrical conduit and wiring
• Service and repair air handler units
• Install and repair plumbing
• Repair or install parking lot lighting ballasts
• Weld metal fabrication and install materials
• Replace high voltage shunt and motor control gear
• Service and repair cooling towers
• Clear drains with appropriate tools
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of air conditioners
• Repair and install equipment such as televisions, ceilings, lighting, fixtures, and other site equipment

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair
• Install electrical conduit and wiring throughout complex
• Service and repair air handler units
• Install and repair plumbing
• Repair or install parking lot lighting ballasts
• Weld metal fabrication and install material built
• Replace and install high voltage shunt and motor control gear
• Service and repair cooling towers
• Clear drains with electric rotary action snake or other appropriate manner
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of air conditioners; remove or repair air conditioner compressor unit
• Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, television repairs, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment.
