Responsibilities

• Assist with truck, trailer, and fleet maintenance.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and general equipment repairs.
• Maintain and repair grain bins, legs, loadout systems, facility equipment.
• Complete routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and harvest preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
• Document completed maintenance and report equipment issues to management.
• Follow all company safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Assist with other maintenance and facility duties as assigned.

Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and facilities throughout the feed mill, grain operations, and truck shop. This position helps ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
