Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Sedro-Woolley, WA properties. This full-time role involves making repairs, conducting inspections of grounds and buildings, and coordinating with supervisors on tasks.

You’ll maintain tools, assist with make-ready procedures, and respond to after-hours emergencies when assigned. The position offers strong benefits and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic painting and drywall patching knowledge.
• Minor appliance skills are helpful.
• Familiarity with building equipment.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs (garbage disposals, faucets).
• Ability to handle service calls timely and safely.

• Able to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs - change garbage disposals and replace faucets
• Handle service calls in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Own and maintain your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
