The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, including plastic injection molding machines and related systems, to support safe, reliable operations. Day-to-day activities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will document maintenance work, support equipment installations and upgrades, and coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize tasks. This role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining tools and spare parts inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.
$45/hr to $60/hr
