Job summary

First Pacific Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Santa Cruz community. You’ll complete service requests, prepare homes for new residents, and maintain overall appearance and systems.

The role involves hands-on fixes across plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC, with on-call rotations and a focus on teamwork. We offer strong perks and a supportive team environment where growth opportunities exist within a stable company.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in general maintenance (multifamily preferred)


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbsReliable transportation


• Ability to live within 20 miles for on-call rotation
