Core Spaces in Santa Barbara is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance and groundskeeping for residential properties under supervision. You will manage daily work orders, assist with repairs, and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

Candidates should be prepared to follow preventive maintenance schedules, use basic tools, and cooperate with team members to provide reliable service.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician works on-site to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Their responsibilities include completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance tasks, maintaining proper groundskeeping, trash removal, equipment repair, and other necessary duties.
