Core Spaces in Santa Barbara is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance and groundskeeping for residential properties under supervision. You will manage daily work orders, assist with repairs, and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician works on-site to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor.
