Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our property. The role involves routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing systems, and assisting with upgrades to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of building systems, a strong work ethic, and is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You will help ensure our hotel runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment.
• Your daily tasks will include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and fixing issues, and assisting with upgrades and installations.
• You will report to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
