ManpowerGroup's client, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations support team in San Jose, CA. You will maintain and troubleshoot critical production equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom, document activities, and collaborate with Engineering to improve equipment performance.

The role features night shifts, opportunities to develop technical skills through hands-on training, and potential for overtime to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with vacuum, photolithography, or wet/plating technologies.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of failure analysis and root cause problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment to ensure high performance, quality, and uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and procedures.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations support team, ensuring the seamless functioning of critical manufacturing equipment. Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $37-40/hour

Shift: Nights

Sun-Tues, and every other Sat from 7p-7:30a Wed-Fri, and every other Sat from 7p-7:30a

What's the Job?

• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a Class 100 cleanroom environment
