Schedule: Thursday/Friday off; Saturday - Wednesday 7am-3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform essential work to keep our properties in excellent condition
• Complete service requests promptly, interact with residents, and maintain property systems
• Coordinate service requests with residents and management
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds; address safety issues
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor for inspections
• Maintain safety policies, including COVID-19 standards
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call maintenance repairs

Compensation

• $27 - $29 per hour
• Annual performance-based bonus

• At least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience
• Ability to work on emergency on-call rotation, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours
