What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and perform maintenance on production and operational equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions
- Rebuild and repair equipment throughout the plant to maintain reliability
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Dismantle, move, align, assemble, and install machinery and equipment
- Construct machine foundations and properly secure equipment
- Assemble and install shafting, conveyors, rails, and related components
- Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten equipment to foundations or structures
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and work directives at all times
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of maintenance/millwright experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused approach to work
