Ravenscroft is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities team on our campus. The role covers general maintenance, electrical and plumbing tasks, event setup, and safety support for the Ravenscroft community.
Ideal candidates are hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work evenings, weekends, and events. A valid NC CDL and 3+ years of related maintenance experience are required to contribute effectively.
Ravenscroft is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for general, semi-skilled maintenance on buildings and grounds to help ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained campus.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, self‑motivated individual who enjoys variety in their work — from diagnosing and repairing electrical and plumbing issues to operating equipment, setting up for campus events, and supporting the safety and security of our community.

This role is based on Ravenscroft's campus and involves work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, rain, snow, dust, dirt, pollen, noise, and hazardous or toxic chemicals. The position requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods; frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds; manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and motorized equipment; and the ability to climb ladders and work on uneven surfaces or at varying heights. Extended or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to support school operations and events.
