TITLE: Maintenance Technician
INTERNAL TITLE: Service Technician
STATUS: Full Time
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the site in a thorough, safe, and accurate manner by performing general maintenance tasks including service requests, turnover functions, and preventive maintenance. Your role is to assist in maintaining a high‑quality living environment for the residents. Required to be on the “on call” rotation and available for resident calls after‑hours.

At the beginning of each year and sometimes during the year the corporate office will address all employees with a statement outlining the strategic goals and mission of our properties, setting the direction for the months ahead. This communication serves to align all FRG employees with the Owner’s vision and foster a unified commitment to the success of the properties. FRG employees are expected to reflect the Corporate Culture and the Owner's Statement in their everyday actions while contributing to the overall success and well‑being of the Company.
