Thompson Thrift is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager to keep the property safe, functional, and well maintained.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift 50–80 pounds.
The Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance operations for a multifamily community, helping ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role contributes to asset preservation, resident satisfaction, and overall community performance through timely, high-quality maintenance service.
As a Service Technician, you will work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager to complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. This role plays a key part in maintaining the physical condition of the community while supporting service standards and operational efficiency.
You will contribute to a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment while collaborating closely with on‑site teams and delivering quality service to residents.
